You may want to delete sessions (also called responses or surveys) or invitations from your account. In these cases, both the sessions and the invitations must be deleted from the ResponseTek system.
The ResponseTek Support team will no longer be handling cases related to data removal. Starting September 1st, 2019, these requests will have to be coordinated with your Account Manager.
If you have trouble finding your Account Manager (AM), you can initiate a request via firstname.lastname@example.org using your company email and username so that we can provide you with the necessary information.
