Issue
The user is not getting caching service due to a change to PBR (Policy-Based Routing) and the system receiving unknown network range's traffic than the ones originally configured:
Solution
The user needs to send a request to support in order for them to configure new subnets IP CIDR Range, example:
- 10.32.0.0/12
- 10.48.0.0/12
- 10.64.0.0/11
Update the list of network ranges as required in the cluster configuration
