You may want to download the documents and installers for the NewNet products (Lithium, D7, Cobalt, and Mercury), or require access to the Download Center because you are unable to do so.
NewNet used to have an FTP site (
eftp.newnet.com) to exchange files, traces, and logs with you. However, this site is no longer available. Instead, we have the NewNet Download Center portal. Via this portal, you can access and download documents and installers.
In the sections below, check how you can:
Accessing the NewNet Download Center
You can reach the portal by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Skyvera Support Portal.
- Under the product list, select NewNet.
- Click on the NewNet Download Center link.
- If you are a registered user, enter your credentials and click Login.
Registering as a New User
After accessing the Download Center, click on New User. On the subsequent User Registration screen, fill in all the details and click on the Register button.
Next, please raise a support ticket with us mentioning the username and/or email address that you used to register on the portal. We will activate your account with the required permissions and inform you.
Solving Login Issues
If you forgot your password, please click Forgot Password?, enter the email address associated with the login, and follow the procedure to activate your account.
If that does not solve your issue or you do not know your username, please create a support ticket mentioning your email address so we can provide you with your credentials.
The Professional Services team manages the administration portal related to user access for NewNet Download Center. To set up the user credentials, the Update User Information screen is used for that purpose.
When customers raise tickets requesting access for a username or email address, please escalate the request to the BU following the standard BU Escalation Process. If you are registering on the portal, you can use the same process for creating a Jira for the PS team to activate the user you registered with.
If the user was unable to log in, reply with their username and temporary password, so they have all the required information to access.
Typically, we provide a temporary password for the username you registered with. We will share these credentials in the support ticket that you raised with us. You can use the username and temporary password to log into the portal.
Once logged in, you can use the Change Password option on the top right corner of the screen to assign a different password to your username.
The following screen will be displayed where you can enter the following:
Current Password: temporary password we provide
New Password: password of your choice
Confirm New Password: password of your choice, same as that entered in the field New Password
- Click on the Submit button.
- A success message will be displayed. You can log out and log in again with the username and new password to verify your access to the portal.
