Sometimes, in PeerApp, the grid system status might show degraded. This article provides information on the root cause of this issue. It details the process of identifying and solving this problem.
The most common cause for the system status showing degraded is a failed disk.
- Access the Storage Array.

- Select the Physical tab.
- Check if there is a failed disk.
See the example below where the Physical Disk at Enclosure 0, Slot 3 (the fourth slot in the graph) shows Failed.
- Once you replace the failed disk, mount the new disk.
