Overview
You may encounter the following error in the System Events section:
Received erroneous response 500 from server. Please check your configuration.
Process
This error can be related to a SmartFilter server connection issue when trying to update the database. It is a temporary error and can be ignored. To confirm the root cause, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to PA Cache.
- Navigate to Status > SmartFilter.
- Check the date of the last update of the database.
- Click Update to run the database update manually.
- Navigate to Status > Dashboard and check if the error is still present.
If the error is not displayed anymore, it was caused by the SmartFilter database update issue.
