At times, you may not be able to access the iDRAC user interface because it is not responding. However, you should be able to access IPMItool and reset the management controller.
- Connect to the management server via SSH.
- Run the following command to reset the management controller:
ipmitool mc reset warm
Note: iDRAC is a DELL server management interface. If this issue reoccurs often, please open a ticket with DELL for further diagnosis.
