Overview
The Mobilogy Software needs to meet specific hardware components and other software resources to work efficiently on a computer. This article serves as a guideline and defines the minimum and recommended system requirements (prerequisites) for the installation of the Mobilogy Now software. Important
When it comes to Touch devices, you have to take into consideration these tips:
- There is no option to add more RAM memory to the Touch devices - the maximum for Touch2 is 4GB.
- HDD can be replaced with an SSD but this action has no effect on the speed and/or performance of the device.
- Replacing RAM or HDD is not recommended as there is no benefit. The performance of the devices is tied to the application design and server-side processing while working with cloud features like diagnostics.
