Overview
When transferring data to or from legacy smartphones and tablets, you may be instructed to manually upload a client application that enables access to the phone memory. During this process, the Mobilogy Now application screens will guide you with prompts and instructions. This article explains how to upload the client application manually.
Process
Before you start, make sure that the phone's date is set correctly and upload the client installation file to the phone.
Symbian-based devices require that you set the Software Installation to "All" and the Online Certificate Check to "Off". These settings are typically found under Menu Key > Settings > Phone Settings > Applications > App Manager. During the client upload, you will need to select "PC Suite" before continuing.
