You receive a communication error message at the end of a successful transfer. However, the transfer gets accomplished without problems.
- When there is a successful transfer that shows the following message: Transfer completed successfully but there is a message with the following statement: Communication error
- Having access to the device's Software.
- Installing the TeamViewer 13 version located on the Quick Menu KB Article.
To solve this problem, a Customer Support Rep. must connect via Teamviewer to your device and apply a fix using a special tool.
Please, create a ticket if you have not done so, and add the following information to the ticket:

If you already created a ticket with Support, just add the information in the grey box to the ticket.
To confirm that the fix worked, you can make the transfer again and the application must show no errors in the result, as shown in the following picture:
