Overview
You try to access the Analytics portal but you forgot your credentials, so you try the "Forgot password" feature and it does not work because the email with the password reset instructions is not arriving.
Solution
This feature is designed to work with accounts that are enabled in the system.
When you try the "Forgot Password" feature and it does not work, it is possible that your account has been deactivated or disabled for multiple reasons (I.E. you have not logged into the portal for the last months). Entering multiple times the wrong password is an action that triggers automatically such blocking behavior. In these cases, you must contact customer support by completing the following steps:
Please, create a ticket if you have not done so, and add the following information to the ticket:
Company:
Phone No.:
Email:
User Name:
Type of request:
URL of the portal you are trying to access:
If you already created a ticket with Support, just add the information in the grey box to the ticket.
