Overview
This article is aimed at helping users prompted with a message that says "Incorrect Username or Password" upon entering their credentials.
Environment
ResponseTek Portal.
Resolution
- Click on Forgot your Password?
- Enter your Username.
- Click Retrieve Password.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Enter your username and temporary password.
- If the issue persists, submit a request to support@responsetek.com and provide a screenshot, if possible.
Validation
You should be able to log in normally after the username and/or password have been changed.
