When connecting devices via Bluetooth, previous connections to the same device may interfere with the stability of the connection, as configurations and firmware changes to the mobile phone may have occurred. These settings tend to get saved by Windows in order for faster reconnection of devices used daily. like wireless headphone or mouses, and can create an issue to future connections. If experiencing troubles establishing a connection to a device via Bluetooth, this would be an appropriate troubleshooting attempt
Step-By-Step Guide
- If open, exit the Touch 1 application, and go to the Windows desktop.

Left-click the Bluetooth icon on the bottom right by the clock.

Select Show Bluetooth Devices from the popup menu.

Select the device so it gets highlighted.
- Click Remove.
- Repeat steps 4-5 until there are no devices left.
- Once done, restart the unit.
