A SIM card may be incorrectly inserted to the SIM card slot of the Touch1, Touch2 or Desktop hub. As a common example, a nano sim card is inserted into the SIM slot without using an adapter. The sim card gets stuck.
This requires an RMA to be submitted so that the stuck SIM can be correctly removed by a qualified technician without damaging any of the hardware contacts. If the user opens the unit independently, this voids the warranty.
