Overview
This article details how to calibrate the screen of a Touch 1 device. Sometimes the Touch1 screen is not responding correctly, for instance when typing something the wrong character is pushed or might be even displaying some errors. Please follow one of the two methods included in this article.

Method 1:
If open, exit the Touch application.
1. From the Windows’ Start menu, select Support Tools > Screen Calibration.
2. Follow the instructions from the wizard.
If you are unable to calibrate the cursor, connect a mouse to one of the USB rear ports (Ext1, Ext2) to start the calibration.
Method 2 :
1. In the Windows taskbar, double-click the Elo icon.
2. Click on Alignment (calibration).
3. Follow the instructions displayed by the wizard.
4. When done, close the program. The screen should be working correctly now.
