If you detect you have uploaded the wrong file, this article outlines what you can do.
If the wrong file has not been processed yet, you can simply delete it from SFTP. If you have any difficulty doing that, create a support ticket so you can get help. If the file has already been processed, the action you will take will depend on the type of file that has been imported:
- Hierarchy file: simply upload the correct file to fix the hierarchy.
- Invitation file: open a support ticket and ask to delete the invitations.
