Sometimes, you may notice that some IVR records have been deleted from the portal. This article explains what to do in this case.
Information
Some customers have a process to delete duplicate records and avoid confusion during data analysis. It may be the case that the records you noticed that were deleted are duplicate versions of the same record. The image below shows how the same record has been sent several times in different files:
Please check if the records you are missing have not been sent multiple times as above. If you are still unsure or need more information, create a support ticket to start an investigation.

If duplicate records are causing the issue, the customer must change their generation process to prevent this situation from happening. This is not an error. It is normal behavior.
