Overview
When seeing a response to a survey, there is the option to send the survey again to the respondent. Usually, there is a notification besides the Resend Survey to Customer button:
However, there have been cases where this notification was not being shown and it was not possible to know if the survey had already been sent. This could lead to duplicate responses.
Solution
If the notification is not being shown, this issue must be addressed to the support team. Please create a ticket and add a screenshot that shows the problem. They will analyze what happened and get back to you.

The issue described in this article is a bug that has been solved in July/August 2020. If this behavior is reported again, please escalate to the Engineering team.
