Overview
The feedback alert is an email that is sent to draw attention to the received response. It includes a link to see the answered survey (aka session) in an offline mode. Some users have experienced the following issue when clicking on that link:
Solution
This issue happened due to a bug that has already been fixed. In case you see this happening again, please raise a ticket to the support team so they can investigate the reason for that and fix it.

This issue has been fixed by the Engineering team and the deployment happened in August 2020. If a customer reports the issue again, please escalate the ticket to the Engineering team so they can check what caused the issue to happen again.
