When an account is created or activated, its owner receives a link by email to reset the password. For security reasons, this link has an expiration date. After that, a new link must be generated. If you click the link and the system tells you that it is expired, this article will guide you on what you must do.
In case you are not able to activate an account due to an expired link, please contact your program manager or account manager.
