Overview
There may be situations in which you need to log in to ResponseTek but do not know your username and your password. This may happen if you need to use another computer that does not have your credentials stored and you do not remember them. This article will guide you on how to sort this out.
Solution
The main issue is not knowing your username. Once you know it, you can ask for a new password. For most users, their username is their email address. Try using it and follow the steps in this article.
If it does not work, you will need to ask for help:
- If your company is a Skyvera customer, please reach out to the program manager.
- If your company is an Ignite customer or if you are not sure, please reach out to the person or department in your company in charge of managing ResponseTek users.
- If you are an admin, check this article on how to search for a user account. If the account does not exist and you need to create it, follow the steps here. As a last resource, open a support ticket and explain why you are unable to accomplish this task.

For other cases, you, as an agent, can use the CSS Tool to locate the user: Searching for a User in the CSS Tool

Testing
The issue can be considered solved when you have a username and a password and can successfully log in using these credentials.
