A change request is any request made to the ResponseTek team that is not to report an issue, ask a question, ask to execute an operation-related task, or ask for some punctual data extraction. If a request is to ask to change the behavior of an existing feature, add new functionality, create a new report, or the like, that is a change request.
The ResponseTek support team does not handle change requests. They are not authorized to change configurations or to change the application code. If you need to file a change request, please contact your account manager, that can properly guide you on this process.
