Some customers send a feed of data in order to get advanced reporting. The data received in ResponseTek could include personally identifiable information that needs to be handled according to the data protection rules valid in each country.
ResponseTek deals with private data when it comes to these fields:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Email address
The fields mentioned above can be hidden in reports:
Other than that, ResponseTek is not able to check if there is personally identifiable information in other fields. Custom fields are not shown in any report but they can be included in push reports. Therefore, if this data is currently available for those receiving push reports and you want to change that, please contact your account manager and file a change request.
