Sometimes it may seem that the scorecards are being sent to the wrong people. This article will help you check if there is really an issue.
Scorecards by default are sent to the user the report refers to and also to all the users in the hierarchy above it. So, if you think a user should not receive the report, check if he is not above in the hierarchy. It is not possible to prevent these users in the hierarchy to receive the report.
If a user is not in the hierarchy and you think they should not be receiving the report, create a support ticket so we can check what happens.
