When a new user hierarchy (aka organizational hierarchy) is uploaded to the system, some users may not see the results based on the new hierarchy.
This issue can be caused because eManager keeps the filters among reports to facilitate navigation. This can sometimes prevent a user from seeing the correct data when there is a change in the hierarchy.
To solve it, try the following:
- On the report you are not seeing the data, clear the filters.
- If the issue persists, log out of your account and log in back.
Open again the report you need and check that the data is now available.
