Overview

After using the Comment Manager, users cannot perform any action from the comment after opening it.

Environment 

ResponseTek portal, Comment Manager.

Requirements

Access to ResponseTek portal.

Root Cause

Oversized note box because of a long line in the notes section inside the comment.

Resolution

This issue occurs for specific comments, and the reason the box is oversized is that the notes section contains an email thread which has a footer with a very long line, please see the following screenshot.

To see the whole box in Google Chrome, use Ctrl+Mouse Scroll Wheel Down to zoom out the page to 50%. This way you will be able to see the smaller but complete box and now hiding it is possible. Then zoom in back to 100% using Ctrl+Mouse Scroll Wheel Up.

You can also use the Zoom in the setting at the top right corner in Google Chrome, see attached screenshot. 

It seems the Notes section doesn't have a fixed size, so it's prone to oversize with long lines.
