Overview
Sometimes customers file a request asking why the UI uses the word NAS rather than NPS - in the popup that appears on hovering over the scores widget under the Customer Advocacy column. Customer Advocacy is one of the columns in The Heartbeat table on the Solution Overview page in the ReponseTek portal.

In the popup that shows more details on hovering over scores widget, the first detail is for NAS. NAS is the Net Average Score for all the responses, while the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is for the individual response (detractor, passive, promoter, etc.).
The abbreviation NAS is therefore correctly used in the score details popup on the Solution Overview page.
