The following step is a sample and replication of the issue:
- Configure 3 scheduled policies.
- Each of them consists of a unique ID list.
- The start time was set to 01:00 am on Wednesday.
- At the end they did not start automatically, I had to start them manually.
Scheduled policies during office hours start without a problem.
It is caused by the DST switch in end March (in Europe) and the UTC timing used by the application.
Outside the 00:00-01:59 zone the scheduled policies start as expected.
Workaround: select in above-mentioned case not only Wednesday but also Tuesday.
This issue is solved in ServiceGateway (SG) 4.2 available from begin July 2011.
Up to then, you can use them in the cause mentioned workaround.
