Overview
The article details the process of configuring automatic Firmware upgrade in ServiceGateway without configuring policies.
Process

In ServiceGateway GUI browse to the Inventory > Hardware.

Select the Hardware for which Firmware upgrade needs to be performed.

In the Bottom window, Under Firmware Tab, Two Firmware (Older one and the new one) should be added or already present.

Set the older one as Obsolete and the New one as Recommended.
This will install the new firmware when the device with Obsolete firmware contacts ServiceGateway.
