Overview
You may come across an error when trying to play a call recording that shows an encrypted file name, such as:

Solution
The security cookie of the user may have expired. Please follow the steps below:
Note: A VoltDelta account with extended playback permission is required.
- Log out from the VoltDelta product.
- Using the Internet Explorer options under Security, clear the cookies. Refer to How to delete cookie files in Internet Explorer for further instructions.
- Close Internet Explorer.
- Log in again to the VoltDelta and try the transaction again.
If the issue persists, please create a support ticket, providing snapshots or a detailed log of the error, as well as the date/time or call ID.
