In Promisc Mode (InLine Mode), You might encounter the issue where your Open Shortest Path First sessions are flapping and you think it's because of PeerApp.
Try disabling the port channel and STP on cache-connected ports and verify if there is any issue after this change, as this could be a spanning tree creating the issue.
If the core router supports Policy Based Routing configuration, try changing the deploying type to Bounce mode instead of inline mode.
If the issue persists, please create a support ticket and provide evidence on why you think the issue is from PeerApp, it could be that your system needs an update.
When you encounter a similar issue please escalate the ticket to the L2 team as per the routing table.
