Overview
You noticed that Parked Incidents/Parked Calls email reminders are not coming through to the Operators.
Solution
The calls are still coming through, but they should be coming at a slower pace and queuing up as all agents are handling Alarm calls (which have a higher priority) or in a 'Not Ready' state.
Please check the availability of your Operators, and possibly adjust the Call Priority settings of the important email queues.
