Overview
You are experiencing low Cache Out performance (5% or less) recently after installing PeerApp version 7.0b117.
The poor Cache Out performance may be due to HTTP-only traffic caching while top protocols such as Gaming and Netflix are not cached at all.

Solution
This issue is attributed to a known issue with internal Pool Leak affecting the very initial version 7.0 release. The internal memory pool leak results in the degradation of the Cache Out performance.
To solve this issue submit a support ticket for further assistance from the support team.

Following these steps to resolve the issue:
Check if the issue is a packet pool leak by following the steps in the article Identifying packet pool leak and proceed as follows:
- Reboot the system which will solve the issue temporarily and restore cache-out. Follow the steps in the Restart Host and Guest VM Properly.
- Escalate the ticket to L2 so they can reinstall the system with the latest OS.
Note that for the very initial version 7.0 release, there is no direct upgrade to the latest version hence reinstallation will require remote help from the customer to download ISO & connect USB pen drive. The update procedure is outlined in Updating the PeerApp System to a Newer Version.Note: It is recommended to always update to the latest available ISO for your release so as to leverage other bug fixes and performance improvements.
