You may want to know the type of hardware you are using in your different nodes, and would also want to know when the warranty ends for these components or the Hardware Lifecycle for PeerApp servers.

Since PeerApp uses Dell servers, the above-mentioned information can be fetched from the Dell warranty check website by using the service tag of each node. The service tag can be obtained by following the steps in the article:  Finding the Support Tag ID.

Please note that, typically,  Dell allows extending the warranty up to 7 years from the purchase date.

Generally speaking, there is no defined hardware lifecycle for PeerApp servers as this is dependent on several environmental factors. That said, customers are advised to plan for a hardware refresh every 5 to 7 years to ensure their PeerApp hardware continues to enjoy warranty coverage.
