Overview
You come across an issue with your PeerApp system where the Web cache stops increasing and working. And even after a system restart, the issue reappears after a while.
Solution
This is a known issue faced by earlier versions of PeerApp and was resolved in version 7.0.10. So it is highly recommended that you upgrade your system to the latest available version or at least version 7.0.10. Check release notes to find out which version is the latest and what issues are fixed.
Note that version 7.0.10 comes with new released ISO so in order to apply the latest version, it will be needed to reinstall the system with the newly released ISO.
Raise a support ticket and provide a preferred Maintenance window while asking PeerApp support for a system upgrade.

While after the reinstallation, if the data NIC doesn't load automatically, load the driver manually with "modprobe igb" during restart.
