You might observe that your incoming traffic is reduced or it reduces for a certain period of time every day while there is no issue or event found on the system and might be wondering what is causing this.
The reason behind this might be internet blocking activity happening on your end. Please find out with your IT and Security Teams if there was any internet blocking at the time when the issue occurred and if there was, that is probably the reason for incoming traffic to reduce. Resolving it will restore the traffic to its previous state.
