Overview
The MGR website is not active and MGR GUI is not responding, even though the VM is up. You have already tried resetting the subprocess "mgr" as well as restarting the VM, but that did not work either.
Solution
In order to investigate and resolve this issue, please contact NewNet support, and provide all the following files:

The Syslog file located at
/var/log/messages
.Note: Please do not filter the messages.

The backup of the MGR GUI (MGR dump) found at /var/TextPass/MGR/backup.

The latest MGR error log file from the
/var/TextPass/MGR/logs
directory. -
The MGR changelogs: the tp_mgr_change_log.txt and tp_mgr_error_log.txt files that are located at
/var/TextPass/MGR/
. -
The output of the below-mentioned commands
- To check the multiple instances of MGR: ps -eaf | grep -I httpd
- To check Disk Usage: df -kh
- To check all processes are running. There could be multiple instances of some processes and that is OK: ps -ef | grep -i stv
