Solution
- SSH login as textpass
- Restart Lithium Processes
- Stop all processes
tp_stop - Start all processes
tp_start
- Stop all processes
If mgrd does not start, please contact NewNet Support with the following information:
- Share the syslog
- Share the output of ps -ef
- Share the output of ping <IP of MGR>
- Share the output of ping <hostname of MGR>
