You would like to know if Newnet performs monthly / quarterly Health checks and KPI Reports, and can share the results with you.
- Health Check : Checking the status of the platform, running process, licenses etc
- KPI Reports : As applicable for the platform, e.g. number of messages sent through
It should be noted that monthly Health Checks / KPI monitoring may not be very useful since customers will begin to complain within a few days if something goes wrong, and hence these need to be monitored on a daily/ constant basis.
However, please note that we neither perform the constant/daily monitoring of the KPIs, nor the monthly/quarterly monitoring of the system's health. These checks are part of the regular operations of the SMSC. Newnet support is only responsible for providing and supporting the software. In case something wrong is detected, please open a support ticket with us to help resolve the same.
