Overview
You need to give access to your configuration portal to an automated system, for which you need to create a user account with no password expiration. The user account should be similar to the other accounts you have in the system.
Solution
The password expiration period is defined in the User Groups.
- In MGR GUI, go to Settings -> User Admin -> Groups and select the user group where you want to create the new account or create a new group.
- In the User Group settings, the parameter "Password Lifetime" defines the expiration period. Set it to 0 so that the password does not expire. Keep in mind that this change will be effective for all users in the User Group.
