You may find that for a particular subscriber number, there are no messages under the Customer Care Interface (CCI).
- This issue may be caused because the subscriber number is not receiving any messages in the first place. Note that the CCI will only indicate a record when the SRI-SM for a home-routed message is successful and an incoming MT is received.
- For Routing Info, the Event Log Functionality will only log results for the GSM HLR Query, as is seen under under Appendix C.1 Event ASN.1 Data Types of the LGP Operator Manual.
