A security scan might report "Service Stopped Responding".
The "Service Stopped Responding" issue might happen with a port that CCI uses to query the AMS Database. It could be busy depending on the types of queries being run at the time of the scan. If you want to confirm that, please create a support ticket and include the relevant security report entries.
Escalate the ticket to the Professional Services team so that they can evaluate the report and provide the required information to the client.
