You noticed the SMS service is failing and your subscribers cannot send SMS normally to any destination. In the SMSC, you can see the 'S80' error messages

In the database, you see a large number of SMS messages with error code 80 (INTERNAL_SYSTEMS_FAILURE):

SMSC processes do not present any abnormalities and there are also no problems in the use of licenses.
The most probable cause for this issue is database corruption. Please purge the database and restart the SMSC service to resolve the issue.
