You may experience Smartstation not connecting or loading records. When loading details, operators can only see a spinning wheel. This may affect multiple users are affected, although home workers may not be affected.
Restarting SmartStation should resolve the issue.
If not, please create a support ticket including:
- Whether all agents are affected, and if not, a list of the affected agents.
- The time the issue started to manifest.
- Logs from the affected agent's desktops.
- Screenshots of the issue.
