Overview
You wish to make modifications to your "Case Overview by Account" reports such as changing the reporting time period, report delivery times and the report title (description).
Solution
Please raise a support ticket and include with it the following information:
- The exact name of the report(s) that needs to be modified
- Details on parameters that need to be changed, e.g. delivery time, report title etc.

Follow the steps given below to fulfill the request.
- Login to 172.31.13.113 using Remote Desktop Protocol and HSEU domain credentials (VD Domain Controller, i.e.: HSEU\FirstName.SecondName).
- While in the MSRSS server via RDP: Open any browser (in RDP session), and navigate to: http://uk2-o11-lds365a/Reports/browse/
- Choose the appropriate customer name (i.e. TelecareAppello_MSCRM)
- Change View to List (top right).
- Choose CustomReports.
- Search for the report name you are looking for, i.e.: “Case Overview by Account - FirstPort Property Service - Today 9am - 10am”. Click on Edit:

Navigate to Report -> Edit -> Properties and make the required changes to the report description:

Navigate to Report -> Edit -> Parameters and change the time parameter to the desired value:

Navigate to Report -> Edit -> Subscriptions tab and change the description and the subject of the email, to match the updated description requested by the customer:

Navigate to the Report -> Edit -> caching tab and change the cache time to 10 minutes after the end of the report time period. For example, in the illustration in step 9 where the customer asked to change the reporting time period to end at 8:00 am, the cache time was changed to 8:10 am.
