Overview

You may need the values for some SCTP parameters (e.g., RTOA, RTOB, PFMR), considering all NewNet servers for all sites.

Information

Please create a support ticket and include:

• End customer name and country
• tp_walkall (as the textpass user) from all Traffic Elements from where the required info is needed
• Semi-static configurations from the Traffic nodes (RTRs/FWs) for which this information is required:
  • /usr/TextPass/etc/common_config.txt
  • /usr/TextPass/etc/'hostname'_config.txt
• If the current configurations of SCTP associations are required or if it is a new integration

You can find all the SCTP parameters currently configured for the M3UA associations on our system by executing the below command as the textpass user on each FWL server:

tp_walkall | grep -i m3uaSgpSctp | grep -v Counter

After receiving the value for the parameters from the support team, follow the steps in Updating SCTP Parameter Values.
