Overview
- You may be expecting a period of heavy traffic coming up like the holidays for instance and would like to know if our systems can cater to this higher level of traffic.
- You may also need to know if there are any planned upgrades, as it would be a change freeze period for you.
Solution
Please create a Volt Delta UK support ticket and provide or attach the following pieces of information to the ticket:
- Details about the increase in demand you're expecting, and the period for which you expect this increased demand to last.
- What types of changes/upgrades you're concerned about for the change freeze period

- Please escalate this issue to the BU, so they can confirm there's no planned maintenance in this period and are aware of the anticipated higher activity.
