You may notice that FMB application software is not loading for a user with an "Application cannot be started" error when trying to connect to FMB.
There are two common reasons for such FMB behavior:
- Port or network issues: Please check the user's network connection. Afterwards, reboot the workstation.
- Antivirus issues: In case a new antivirus was installed, please add the FMB .exe path to the antivirus exclusion list.
If the issue persists, provide us with the FMB logs according to the Locating Agent Workstation Logs article, so we will be able to investigate this issue further.
