You have an automated report that runs daily, but you've noticed that you have not received the report in several consecutive days and you would like to know why.
Automated reports are only generated if there are cases associated with the account that fall into the report's parameters. If all associated cases are deleted, then the report will stop running. Adding a case to the account will cause the report to be generated and sent on its next scheduled cycle. For assistance with this issue or to have a report terminated that you no longer need, please open a ticket with Support and provide details about the report in question.
