You need to reset the password for a user's FMB account and you need to know how. You may need to reset the password for a group or team of users and you want to know if this can be done in bulk.
- You are an Administrator on your Volt Delta site
Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the password for multiple users in bulk. Each account must be reset individually. To reset the password for a user's FMB account through the OMP, follow the steps below:
- Logon to the Oasis Management Portal using an admin account
- Select User Management > User Profiles
- Locate the User Profile in question
- Set the new password
- Press the Save button
