You or an operator working for you is trying to add keywords to a Device but when you try to add the keywords, it would not populate the service user's name.
In order to solve this issue, the database size will have to be increased. Raise a support ticket explaining your problem and the VoltDelta Support team will be happy to assist you.
The issue will be solved by extending the MSCRM database by increasing the size of the files for that database. Escalate the issue to the SaaS Ops Team as per the guidance in the Volt Delta UK Routing Table for help in resolving the issue.
